| Job Description: |
- Plan, prepare and review instructional activities that facilitate active learning
- Design, develop and conduct effective workshops/ trainings (as per the training calendar/ need based/ subject specific / generic workshops) to enhance and strengthen the teaching and learning process.
- Provide academic support to campuses by observing and taking notes on teachers, classrooms and all school related academic practices
- Consolidate feedback and incorporate in the training manuals in an effective manner for future trainings
- Prepare and maintain school wise visit records and share with Regional Academic Coordinator
