You will…

• Understand the needs and challenges faced by our customers via emails, calls, forums, surveys etc

• Build consensus on priorities leading to customer engagement  
• Drive customer success with a team of world-class product managers, content writers, and engineers.
• Be an expert communicator to bridge gaps between design, engineering, marketing, customer support, and our users
• Follow through and not rest until the customer issue is resolved, yielding results, and you’ve measured these results
• Recognize and shape up our competitive position 
• Work with customers, understand their pain points and figure out if we’re on track or need to adjust course

  You should…

• Love communicating and should be able to converse with ease in English
• Be versatile, flexible and be able to understand everything ranging from technical issues to market strategy
• Should be analytical and methodical in problem-solving
• Have a minimum of one year of experience (senior positions also available)
• Have excellent organizational and analytical skills
