| Job Description: |
- Provide professional and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Manage CEO’s calendar and schedules including the preparation of agenda’s / briefing documents etc required for meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate with heads of departments, managers and other staff members to ensure that the tasks assigned by the CEO are done timely and accurately.
- Correspond on behalf of the CEO as and when required. Prepare and/or edit internal and external correspondence including letters, faxes, emails and memos.
