Job Description:

We are looking for Call center Agents to work for our UK & US shift that includes Inbound and Outbound campaigns. 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Obtaining client information by answering or dialing telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
  • Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Timings: 

UK Shifts available 1pm to 10 pm, 1pm to 11pm

US shift: 7pm to 4 am.

We are offering Basic salary along with Commission.
