Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic candidate to perform the following duties:

1-Monitoring and maintaining office equipment & inventory supplies.

2-Assisting in implementing administrative policies

3-Overall maintenance of the premises

4-Supporting departments and management

5-Organizing meetings and social events

6-Travelling arrangements for official staff

7-Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repairs

8-Assisting all other departments with administrative and clerical support

9-Monitoring Security, Housekeeping and Helpers

10-Exploring new markets for sourcing
