- Maintain discipline with Supervisors and operators.
- Responsible for the safe startup & shut down of closure project.
- Control overall closure area (Printing & Packing of closure.
- Implementation of 5s & Kaizen on floor.
- Maintain & update summary of production, rejection, breakdown & raw material..
- Implementation of QMS.
- Ensure timely maintenance of mold & machine.
