Job Description: |
- Escalation point for all technical issues
- Working closely with team member
- Ensuring other team members are involved and skilled in technical areas
- Team lead is accountable for significantly contributing to the overall technical architecture, stability, resiliency, and general health related to networks and top level technical contributor with advanced knowledge and experience in the area of various vendors comes under Network department.
- Able to demonstrate high initiative and ownership of issues
- Able to work at a fast pace and achieve pre-determined billable utilization goals
- Able to work at a high level independently, utilizing other resources with good judgment
- Able to make customers feel great about their support experience regardless of the outcome via high level.
- Responsible supporting infrastructure technology implementations in Technology Support & Professional Services
- Must be able to act as a leader and set the example both technically as well as with all other employee responsibilities within his/her team
- Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and network infrastructure.
- Ensuring security and confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Installing and configuring hardware and different software products as per project requirement
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues when contacted by clients by providing both on-site and remote support
- Maintaining network related software applications NMS, IVS etc., operating systems and regular maintenance.
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Follow proper call log procedure
- 24*7 availability to support in house and client side
- To provide/deliver trainings to corporate clients
- Must be ready and willing to commit to continuous education, certification and self-improvement
- Complete all project documentation in time and submit it to manager
- Any other duties (Technical/Pre-Sales) as assigned by Supervisor/ Management
- Timely/Swift response to supervisor and client in case of meeting timelines of Projects
Skills Required:
- Experience working in Huawei ,Juniper and Cisco Technologies is mandatory
- Huawei + Juniper + Cisco Certifications i.e.
- Routing & Switching Hands-on experience.
- HCNP, CCNP, CCIE or HCIE certification
