· Book Keeping of Daily Invoices/ Receipts/ Deposits/ Petty Cash Transactions/Expenses in QuickBooks Accounting Software.
· Preparing the purchase orders and keeping the stock details updated.
· Maintenance of Petty Cash.
· Reconciliation of Cash in Hand.
· Assistance of Accounts Manager in Daily Tasks.
· Reporting of Sales on Daily Basis.
· Review and file payroll documents.
· Dealing with Banks, payments of utility bills in banks and other related matters with the Bank.
Skills:
· Must have a good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
· Must have experience of using QuickBooks /MS Excel
· Must have good communication skills both in English and Urdu
Qualification:
· Minimum B.com
· Minimum two year experience
