Job Description: |
- Responsible for creating & maintaining Project Dashboards & records
- Will ensure documentation including structure, versioning, storage and retrieval for one or more projects
- Develop MS Project plans
- Review deliverables’ submission
- Liaison and coordination of Projects in the region
- Preparation & Updation of weekly progress reports
- keeping track of PMO Progress in the regions through various tools
- Aligning projects as per PMO guidelines
- Providing flexible reporting, analytics, and straight through processes.
- Work with teams that require to create their own document management structures
- Upgrade project plans
- Responsible for keeping track of projects baseline
