Job Description:
  • Responsible for creating & maintaining Project Dashboards & records
  • Will ensure documentation including structure, versioning, storage and retrieval for one or more projects
  • Develop MS Project plans
  • Review deliverables’ submission
  • Liaison and coordination of Projects in the region
  • Preparation & Updation of weekly progress reports
  • keeping track of PMO Progress in the regions through various tools
  • Aligning projects as per PMO guidelines
  • Providing flexible reporting, analytics, and straight through processes.
  • Work with teams that require to create their own document management structures
  • Upgrade project plans
  • Responsible for keeping track of projects baseline
