Smooth and efficient functioning of academic and administrative functions of branch, implementation of policies, rules and orders of the Executive Council. Implementation of School planning and maintenance of record. Keep executive Council of APSS informed about all critical issues of all branch. Supervise instructional work in classrooms. Guide teachers on teaching methodology. Ensure teachers punctuality and availability in classes. Maintain upto date information about students strength, teachers, nominal roll, syllabus progress and examination / monthly test results.Coordinate with in - Charge Progress section for the conduct of monthly tests and examinations. Arrange regular staff meeting to generate good teachers. Raise Annual Evaluation Reports of the staff members.
