Job Description:


  • The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively provide post sales support to the customers.




  • Develop Strategic Account Plans to ensure long-term, conducive relationships with our customers.




  • Provide end to end support for customer engagement from on boarding to ongoing projects.




  • Act as the single point of contact for the customer regarding any and all post sale service issues.




  • Act as a bridge between internal teams & clients for any concerns or clarifications to ensure a better service level.




  • Clarifies the customer expectations to development team so that relevant changes can be integrated in the software.




  • Provide support to the client for familiarization regarding usage of the software and its builtin functions.






  • Person should have an analytical approach.




  • Must be a quick decision maker and problem solution provider




  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail are must




  • Candidate must be results oriented and capable of managing multiple engagements concurrently.




  • Command over office applications especially microsoft project plan, word, excel and powerpoint.




  • Strong time management, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills.




  • Strong analytical, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
