· Good knowledge of networking technologies such as LAN, Internet, wireless and IP telephony
· Troubleshooting skills related to network and security devices e.g. switches, firewalls
· Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades.
· undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources;
