Job Description:

One of the most well renowned companies in Lahore requires a receptionist/secretary directly working under and for the CEO. 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Working as the secretary, the candidate will be required to handle all documentations for CEO.

2. Ensuring the safe keeping of confidential documents of the CEO and the business. 

3. Coordinating meeting times and locations for and of the CEO and presenting a daily and weekly schedule.

4. Attending meetings when required to document the issue the minutes of the meetings. 

5. Having contact details of restaurants and other places for reservations for CEO and/or his guests/clients for lunch/dinner as and when required. 

6. Managing and booking of flights and stay for and on behalf of the CEO as and when required. 

7. Ensuring the constant running of daily official stuff in the CEO's office eg. internet, telephone, mobile by making sure bills are paid by coordinating with the admin or accounts department.

8. Taking messages for the CEO when unavailable and reporting them as and when possible. 

9. Upon the unavailability of the CEO, ensuring the smooth running of his office.

10. Candidate may be required to travel domestic and/or international for business trips along with the CEO and other team members. 

11. Drafting emails, letters and making excels sheets as and when required. 

12. Responsbile for daily petty purchases for the CEO and and when required.

2. Efficient in management and organised.

3. Motivated and goal oriented individual eager to learn about the business to climb the corporate ladder.

4. Giving work number 1 priority and a willing worker.

5. Candidate must be open for domestic/international travel as and when required. 

6. Candidate must have good communication and inter-personal skills to communicate and coordinate with high priority clientelle.
