We are a thriving real estate development company with projects in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi. As the company is expanding, we are in need of Customer Support Representative for our Lahore/Islamabad office.

Job Description:

The brief job description of the selected candidates for the post of Customer Support Representative is given below:

·       Carry out bookings and transfers of properties (plots, apartments etc.)

·       Communicate with clients and nominees regarding bookings

·       Update the database with client credentials and booking logs

·       Act as a bridge of communication between the management and the clients

·       Respond to queries from clients regarding bookings, transfers and installments

Required Qualification:

The required qualification for this designation is:

·       Minimum: Graduation 

Required Experience:

·       At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Relationship Officer in real estate industry.

·       Must have knowledge of booking software.
