Working for the CATCOS Call Centre, you will be on the front line, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner. You will be the main point of contact for all customers and will be expected to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Providing superior customer service to CATCOS customers by receiving incoming calls via the telephone. Flexible for Work in CATCOS shifts including Sundays and also on public holidays (working on Sunday will subject to one day leave on any working day). |
