Job Description

1- Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.

2- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.

3- Working on strict deadlines, the individuals must be target oriented and highly motivated and have a flair for accepting challenges.

4- You will be responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through outbound calls, on the basis of provided guidelines.
