Job Description
- Managing inbound and/or outbound calls;
- Good Communication Skills;
- Neutral or non-inflicted British accent;
- On call customer engagement through ways of communication provided;
- Identifying customer needs, answering questions and providing solutions/alternatives to issues;
- Up-selling company products and services when possible;
- Building sustainable customer relationships;
- Keeping records of all conversations;
- Have a passion for exceeding customer expectations;
- Previous Call Center Experience;
- Energetic and Career Oriented;
- Good marketing Skills;
- Must have convincing power;
- Must be hardworking and punctual.

Fixed Basic Salary + Commission and Monthly Incentives. |
