Job Description: |
- Manage all aspects of Human Resource (HR) operations of assigned business unit (complete Sales Division).
- Undertake duties as a Business Partner for the assigned unit and take full responsibility for addressing all queries/complaints and resolution of issues.
- Recruit best talent in market and ensure vacant positions are filled as per company SLA.
- Execute Performance Management System and manage distribution of associated certificates/awards.
- Arrange new employee orientations and manage company’s Internship, Management Trainee and Apprenticeship programs.
- Employees service management that is insurance.
