| Job Description: |
- Relieves Chief Executive Officer of administrative functions in order to increase the time CEO has available for executive level responsibilities.
- Handles a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving the clerical and administrative function of the office.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports
- Responsible for scheduling meetings and conference rooms
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office
- Planning and organizing office activities & events
- Maintains a well-organized, visually appealing and professional Executive Office
- Attends executive committee meetings and takes minutes whenever required
- Keeps agenda and appointments for CEO and keeps him updated of same
