• Ability communicate with customers in clear and understable language. Preferably in Urdu.


• English is not mandatory, but its a plus if candidate knows english along with Urdu.


• Must have good listening skills, tries to understand issues of customer and help them out.


• Must be a customer satisfaction oriented type of person.


• Polite and humble in nature.


• Deals customer with professionalism and always remain calm.


• Handle angry customers and leads them towards satisfaction.


• Jell with other team members and play positive role in team building.


• Must have basic computing skils such as windows, internet, chatting, facebook, email etc.


• This job is strictly for males only.

You are not required to have many years of experiece. We prefer abilities & good learning skills over experience. Fresh candidates are most welcome.
