- At least Graduation / LLB
- Excellent spoken.
- Can handle queries of clients and customers over email and other channels.
- Can guide the clients and give a prompt reply.
- Can arrange and facilitate meetings with the clients including their scheduling and recording of minutes.
- Can create tasks after the meetings; forward to appropriate department & follow up.
- Can act as a liaison between the universities and the students who want to apply abroad.
