Position/Designation: Customer Service professional

• Department: Contact Center

• Job type: 3P Contract

• Stipend: PKR 35,000

• Time/shifts: Rotational

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday

• Work Station (Location): Clifton, Karachi.

• Job Description: Handle customer queries and complaint through chat, emails and phone calls.

• Accents: Natural & British

• Experience: Fresh / Minimum one year experience from the customer services, sales, marketing etc

• Education: Graduate and Master.

• Essential Skills: Communication, system skills, needs to have a smart phone, willing to work in rotations.
