Job Description:

Pinnacle requires enthusiastic Customer Service Executive for its International Lead Generation Project.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential Refinance / Mortgage leads via inbound / outbound calls.
  • Follow protocols & processes. 
  • Excellent English language & communication skills required.

Requirements

  • It is 5 days a week job with Saturday and Sunday off. 
  • Negotiations skills & positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Females with preceding call center experience are encouraged to apply.
