Role:

This is a permanent role based in Lahore as a UX/UI Designer at AVP grade in FMBL.

We have had an exciting opportunity arise within SimSim by FINCA, Pakistan most technologically advanced Mobile wallet focused in Digital payment, Instant Credit and Marketplace. You will join a hyperactive products and channels team helping with the user experience with various products and services inside the core app/ other channels. As a UX Designer, you will mentor FINCA and its Fintech partner team and have a final say on the design of UX for every product throughout its lifecycle.

As an experienced designer, you will be able to gather complex product briefs and help with streamlining customer experience focusing on customer delight with great stakeholder management, ensuring all regulatory and business requirement are compiled. You will have experience taking an initial sketch and initial research through to design and testing stages. With this you will also be part of designing and implementing the some or all of the following deliverables; user-flows, IA, wireframes, prototypes, hi-fi mockups and detailed interactions and prototypes and workforces.

You will work within an Agile design sprint method with the ability to work under pressure and motivate the fellow team. As the ideal candidate, you will also create and work with the best UX strategies and understand the best design based practice.

You will closely work with Various bank departments & FINJA, FINCA’s Fintech partner to ensure continues improvement in UX across various teams

As the Senior UX Designer you will understand the users and problems they may face, with this you will be able to seek user validation through low-prototypes. Alongside this, you will test and analyze throughout the development to improve usability and find solutions to problems which may arise. This will be created through testing in various ways such as A/B testing within an Agile environment.

You will be able to show your proven experience with UX through a portfolio of work previously conducted, from research to final product. Digital examples of prototypes for websites and apps would be beneficial to the role. You will also be a key part in the UI and design aspect ensuring projects are eye-catching.

Alongside the above, you will have experience with visual design software, such as; Sketch/Photoshop and wireframing and prototyping software like; Axure, InVision, Framer, or anything you prefer.
