| Job Description: |
'SGC' a leading company in Outdoor and Instore Media Solutions is looking for an 'Accounts Officer' to be placed at its Head Office in Lahore. The incumbent shall be young,energetic, and posses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Candidate having hands on experience of SAP B1 will be preferable.
The job responsibilities are as follows:
- Maintain customer ledger of assigned division/branch(s) on accounting software on daily basis.
- Record and Reconcile payment detail submitted by branches with bank ledgers on weekly basis.
- Reconciliation of customer ledger maintained at the Head Office with customer record maintained by the branch/sales team.
- Reconciliation of ledger accounts with customers from time to time.
- To receive & record cash/cheque received from customers/sales team in cash book/cheque register on prompt basis and preservation of postdated cheques.
- To post accounting entries relating to assigned division on accounting software on daily basis.
