Job Description:
  • Handling Customers emails for marketplace accounts & websites.
  • Follow-up & coordinate with different departments.
  • Resolving the disputes (Payment, Negative feedback) of customers by convincing them.
  • Add & promote products on marketplace channel.
  • Dispatching Orders by using in-house & marketplace software.

Required Skills:
English Writing skills, Communication etiquette, MS-Excel
