Kerlo Research is a New Jersey, USA based Clinical Research Organization (SMO/CRO) with an overseas branch office in Defense, Karachi. We have an established network of more than 500 clinical sites across United States and we work with global pharmaceutical companies and CROs providing services across different therapeutic areas. We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager.

 Major responsibilities:

• Provide quality oversight to our Site management operations (SMO) and upcoming CRO projects with optimal execution


• Point of contact for all pharma and biotech communications and represent KR as the project lead


• Responsible to work directly with US based clinical sites on multiple studies and provide support with the overall study placement processWork under the close guidance of Clinical team lead and guide CRAs to manage clinical studies.


• Based on the overall industry experience, this position may work as the overall Team Lead


• Point of contact for clinical site questions relating to study protocol, FQs, start-up, budget, contract and similar documents


• Provides clinical trial status updates to project teams and management


• Effectively build long term relationships with existing sites in our clinical network and perform initial vetting on new sites joining our network


• Engage clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies and build long term relationships


• Participates in the implementation of overall organizational process improvement initiatives  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a medical or related field. MD/PharmD degree preferable in medicine, pharmacy5+ year experience in the pharmaceutical industry in clinical research operations or a similar role


• Proven exceptional oral and written communication skillsPrior work experience with a CRO/SMO


• highly desirable Leadership / Client Management skillsAbility to anticipate and timely escalate issues and to define appropriate action plans 

Compensation Rs. 50,000 to 150,000 (role will be adjusted depending upon experience)
