Job Description:
- Align with Company’s objectives and KPIs, develop performance measurement plans and recommendations for Organization optimization.
- Develop and deliver insightful and actionable reports that tell the performance.
- Integrates data from multiple sources to develop reports and other information tools.
- Provides necessary data analysis to support quality initiatives and measurement from cost and growth perspective.
- Develops appropriate techniques to gather data, streamlining and automating to the most prudent use possible
- Communicates data variances and other pertinent information to Director
- Ensures collaborative participation in the management of projects
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree with a management science or computer science and strong technical computer knowledge is required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years in as SQL Data Analyst.
- Experience with predictive analytics and linear regression, preferred
- Expert in the use of Microsoft Office products’ Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word.
- Experience in the use of a structured query language in a relational database.
- Experience in the use of Corporate Data Stores a plus.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering and organizing data from disparate sources and presenting findings to leadership in a way that is useful for decision support, benchmarking, and quality performance tracking.
- The ideal candidate will be comfortable in communicating alternative ideas with company Head’s related to information options and solutions.
