• Manage and monitor VMs running in a virtualization environment using RMM tool
• Own the process patch management, security, web filtering, asset management etc.
• Implement policies around OS updates
• Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve problems to maintain clients virtual environment stable
• The ability to quickly and accurately diagnose technology problems
• Ability to work under time constraints and in pressure situations
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers
• Willingness to work with team members or group to achieve common goals
• Willing to work off-hours for weekly maintenance and on-call duties
• Demonstrate ability to manage several concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders executing in a matrix environment.

Technical Skills:

·        Experience with Kaseya Products and/or other RMM Tools is a plus

·         Solid in-depth knowledge of Windows environment

·        Exceptional customer service, organization and critical thinking skills.

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

·        Ability to efficiently and effectively manage time and carry out tasks.
