Job Description:
Nextage Technologies looking for Technical Support Engineer
Candidate with excellent caliber of Installing, testing and operating external client VPN/ MPLS services / applications for operations within the SATMAP team.
Statistical analyses reporting of SATMAP data on client’s request using DB and portal.
As first line for all clients, working in coordination with SATMAP implementations and providing post deployment support.
Responsible for customer services and internal communications via phone/email.
Responding, documenting, tracking, resolving, and reporting all user requests in this regard.
Maintaining agents’ data for clients and checking its overall integrity as well as managing AIMS (Agent Information Management System) web app.
Managing uninterrupted functioning of SATMAP portal and making changes on client’s request.
Preparing demographic reports using SQL server as requested by higher management.
Managing and implementing systems’ maintenance and administration alongside the System Admin team/ Switch interface engineers and DBAs.
Identify and resolve routine operational systems problems.
