·         Providing service for community development projects and to promote optimum use of local or external resources.

·         Facilitating local solutions for local needs.

·         Assisting the community and the organization to become more aware of and responsive to the community needs.

·         To assist in conducting various workshop and trainings proposed under project.

·         Assist in Identification of new projects and support in proposals development

·         Will assist to contribute to and influence the development of food security and livelihood program strategies

·         Assist in Proper planning of livelihoods activities while consulting all concern

·         Ensure timely completion of all activities while adhering quality aspects

·         Progress sharing with line management on regular basis along with developing projects monthly, interim and closed out reports

·         Developing criteria, assessment tools and finalize it after proper consultation with line management

·         On-going monitoring of all interventions and sharing timely feedback with line management

·         Gauge impacts of all interventions and share report with all concern

·         Identify resource persons for capacity building component under livelihoods.

·         Remain good team player and foster team building

PERSON SPECIFICATION

·         Preferably B.Sc. (Hons) or Masters in Agriculture or Veterinary Science.

·         Knowledge of Agriculture/Livestock programming

·         Knowledge of project implementation and development

·         At least Masters 2 years and Bachelors with 3 years of relevant experience in implementation of livelihood projects
