| Job Description: |
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status.
- Ensure that collection targets are met as per the collection strategy.
- Ensure & maintaining lower delinquency.
- Prepare MIS for review of the supervisor.
- Ensure compliance of SBP prudential regulations.
- Ensure daily follow-up from clients and to maintain log.
- Alert superiors of debtors unwilling or unable to pay when necessary.
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable.
- Ensure strong liaising with Branch Manager and Loan Officers for prompt recoveries
- Any other responsibility will be assigned by the supervisor
- You will be entilled for incentives based on your recovery collection target.
