l Time is key, so he must be able to maximize his time with respect to saless. After closing one sale, move on to the next.
l Closer must be target oriented, hard working and punctual.
l Must be able to work in night shift.
l Must have no issues on working on saturdays.
l Applicant should preferably have previous Telesales experience as a sales closer.
l Must have a skill to negotiate with the customer.
l Should be able to clearly communicate the purpose of the call.
l Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
l Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members.
l Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations.
