Completion of HR files
Tasks & responsibilities
- Complete files of all ACF staff
- Verify that all the documents are present in each employee’s file
- Audit all personnel files and prepare a sheet for missing documents
Objective 2
Scanning of HR files
Tasks & responsibilities
· Preparation of separate folders for each base
· Against each base, make separate folders for each employee
· Prepare folder inside each staff folder for each category ensuring that all the documents are of good quality scan.
· Converting all the files in PDF format.
Objective 3
Maintaining of Database
· Support in maintaining new data starting from 2019 like master sources, Database and other as well.
· Preparation of soft folder and keep the old folders in Hard disk.
Objective 4
Support in day to day tasks and Any other task assigned by the supervisor regarding HR
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIP
Internal
· Under the guidance of – Senior HR Manager and HR Assistant
· In coordination with – support departments

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Fresh
- Bachelors in HR related discipline
SKILLS
ESSENTIAL
· Fluent in English, reading writing and speaking
· Excellent computer skills
· Ability to handle stress and pressure
PREFERRED
· Bachelor or Masters’ degree holders in HR discipline
· Applicants with previous HR related internship experience
