Ensures availability & distribution of materials & Equipment to various Inhouse/Partner technical teams (Field Technicians, Installation Contractors, Technical Partners, etc.)

Responsible for forecasting, scheduling, and maintaining lead times of material and equipment.

Coordinates warehousing and all WMS operations.

Planning/Forecasting delivery timetables for all projects specially equipment delivery timelines.

End to end risk planning for every project delivery.

Ensuring stores have enough stock and tracking Inhouse/Outsourced Repair & Return mechanisms. This includes stock monitoring and planning inventory to ensure customer SLAs.

Tracks and executes all logistical operations including Inland logistics and international freight management, end to end.

Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination

Leading cross-functional project teams in implementing large-scale Supply chain/ Supplier performance solutions.

Building capabilities, training, and coaching supply chain partners to improve performance and reduce risk.

Developing metrics and measuring compliance and reporting on results. And making further improvements.

Vendor management for logistics, warehousing, Repair & Return etc
