| Job Description: |
MachSol Pakistan is looking to hire new resources as "Customer Services Engineer - Level-1" leading to “Enterprise Services & Support Engineer – Level-1 (Microsoft Technologies)”.
Suitable candidates will be ones who are at least Bachelors in Computer Science, with Strong Communication and analytical skills. Microsoft Certification will be a plus.
The Selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining Day to day support activities (Email, Support Ticket, Live Chat, Phone Calls)
- Conducting Online Trainings & Sales oriented demo
- Maintaining Product Documentation (Blog, KB portal, Other guides)
- Forum/Blog Posting related to assigned fields (Microsoft Technologies)
- Following other tasks assigned by Enterpris Support Manager.
Monetary Terms:
- Stipend During Training/probation: Up to 25K
- Upon Job Confirmation: Up to 40K
- Probation duration: 3 Months
- Annual Salary Raise based on performance after 1 year of job confirmation.
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
- Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with Lunch break of one hour between 1:00pm to 2:00pm.
- Evening shift: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM with Dinner break of one hour between 9:00pm to 10:00pm.
- Night Shift: 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM with rest break on one hour between 5:00am to 6:00am (This shift is not in effect for now but might get added if required in future).
-Alternate Saturday will be OFF after 6 Months of Job Confirmation.
-Saturdays will be completely OFF after 18 Months of Job Confirmation. |
