Job Description:

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Monitor the daily performance of the outsourced account sub-department
  • Manage all accounting tasks and month-end / year-end closing
  • Tax working (basic sale tax & WHT) as and where required
  • Ensuring accounting policies and procedures, aligned with tax laws and internally agreed to level of performance
  • Ensure all task assigned to outsourced accounting staff are completed with accuracy and within the timeline
  • Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements
  • Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
  • Provide solutions to queries raised by the clients
  • Providing advice on clients accounting matters, where applicable
  • Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Outsourced Accounting Department activities
