| Job Description: |
Main duties and responsibilities
- Monitor the daily performance of the outsourced account sub-department
- Manage all accounting tasks and month-end / year-end closing
- Tax working (basic sale tax & WHT) as and where required
- Ensuring accounting policies and procedures, aligned with tax laws and internally agreed to level of performance
- Ensure all task assigned to outsourced accounting staff are completed with accuracy and within the timeline
- Manage the accurate, reliable, and timely reporting for internal requirements
- Ensure compliance with required external and internal controls
- Provide solutions to queries raised by the clients
- Providing advice on clients accounting matters, where applicable
- Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Outsourced Accounting Department activities
