Main duties & Responsibilities:
· Training and Developing staff
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
· Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
· Contacting applicant’s references
- Explaining and providing information on employee benefits
- Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
- Time to time duties assigned by Line Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
· Organized and efficient in daily tasks
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
· Able present company mission and history clearly and confidently
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources from a reputed university
· General knowledge of employment laws and best practices
· Possesses superb spoken communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills
· Should be Islamabad/Rawalpindi based
