| Job Description: |
- Preparing monthly financial statements;
- Accounts payable management including recording of expenses, accruals, payments and reconciliations; Accounts receivable management including recording of revenue, collections, prepayments from customers and reconciliations;
- Preparation of sales tax reports and coordinating with the tax consultant for timely filling;
- Managing the process of affiliate commission on monthly basis;
- Disbursement of the payroll;
- Submission and payment of payroll taxes;
- Online payments via banks, credit card and PayPal;
- Reconciliation of bank, credit card and payment processor balances;
- Assisting in the Preparation of Annual Budget/Forecast;
- Analysis and Reporting of Monthly Financial Statements and other Financial Metrics to the management; Other ad-hoc reporting to the management as and when required;
- Managing the company bank accounts including providing assistance in fulfilling the requirements of existing banks and opening new bank accounts of the company;
- Communicating with bankers, service providers & payment processors for resolution of day to day and other issues;
- Communicating with the external auditor, providing all the information requested by him and any other assistance in relation to the annual statutory financial audit;
- Keeping accounting records sufficient to support every material transaction;
- Bring improvements to the process of financial reporting to bring efficiency.
