| Job Description: |
- Ensure the scanning and of received order.
- Checking of stocks availability if company exists in trade business also.
- In case of company not exist in trade business ensure the payment of the PO and scan of PO along with payment sending e-mail from HOID.
- Outstation institution business coordination & follow up.
- Ensure the stamping of stocks according to the institute requirement.
- Batches according to invoice or Delivery Challan.
- Follow ups of payment with institution sales & recovery officer in the presences of institution sales manager or Head of institution department.
- Follow up for the release of cash deposited receipt.
- Any other task or assignment assign by the higher management.
- Compliance of the rules, regulations and policies of the company.
