Objective:
Driving performance to reach targets with a focus on conversion and serving customers in both an online and offline environment
Responsibilities:
Heading E-commerce business of the brand and ensuring timely delivery of the set KPIs to the team alongside team management, including structuring and task allocation
Perform inventory and supply chain management to achieve inventory turnover goals and maximize sales Responsible for devising the strategy, planning and implementation of various online promotional plans to ensure business growth Develop affiliate marketing programs and oversee Email marketing Stay updated on E-commerce trends and competitive market Create budget development and expense management programs Oversee the maintenance of e-commerce site including adding/removing product images, ensuring pricing accuracy, website testing, and enhancing site functionality Work closely with the IT team to optimize the website to improve user experience and website functionality with the fundamental objective of increasing conversions Determine growth/optimization opportunities by evaluating analytics to specifically improve click through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates Responsible for online business expansion through liaising with E-commerce market place to ensure growth and profitability Conduct business review with vendors to achieve mutual profitable goals Develop business documents and records according to company policies Process purchase orders, resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely merchandise delivery
Oversee the customer services for digital business and ensuring the smooth order cycle till the last mile Requirement:
3 – 5 years’ experience in a fast paced sales environment, driving performance to reach targets with a focus on conversion
Significant experience in servicing customer queries in both an online & offline environment
Experience of E-commerce best practice, with an understanding of user behavior
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of a clothing brand is preferred
