We are currently hiring Sales Representatives and Dispatchers for night shift operations to serve U.S. clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to U.S. clients (cold calling)

• Manage communication with truck drivers and brokers

• Book loads and negotiate rates

• Track shipments and update clients

• Maintain accurate logs and CRM entries

• Ensure clear communication throughout the dispatching process

• Fixed Salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000/month

• Commission: 20% on each successful sale

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or truck dispatching

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Minimum education: Matric or above

• Must be comfortable working night shifts (5:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work in person at our Johar Town, Lahore office
