• Develop and maintain authentic relationships with potential and existing clients.

Target Achievement and Performance

• Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
• Engage in ongoing self-assessment and continuous improvement with the support of mentors and peers.

CRM Utilization and Recordkeeping

• Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Schedule follow-ups, manage leads, and document every touchpoint in line with company protocols.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry regulations.

Strategic Collaboration

• Participate actively in team meetings and collaborative sessions.
• Share insights and customer feedback to help improve campaigns and strategies.
• Foster a team-oriented environment by offering ideas, solutions, and peer support.

Other Requirements

• 05 to 06 months of outbound or sales campaign experience 
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, persuasive storytelling, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail. 
• Willingness to adapt to digital tools, CRM platforms, and remote collaboration apps.
