| Job Description: |
Office Administration
Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and security. Ensure the availability and proper use of office supplies and stationery. Oversee courier, utility bills, and other general office services.
2. Staff Support & Coordination
Maintain attendance records and coordinate leave applications. Assist in the onboarding of new staff (ID cards, seating, and admin support). Coordinate between departments for administrative needs.
3. Record Management
Maintain and organize employee records, asset logs, and admin files. Ensure safekeeping of official documents and compliance files.
4. Vendor & Asset Management
Liaise with external vendors for office repairs, supplies, or services. Maintain inventory of office assets and ensure proper usage.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with administrative SOPs and company policies. Submit periodic reports on office operations and administrative expenses. Support audit teams with the required administrative documentation. |
