Job Description:

  • Client Support Coordinator will provide professional client handling services. Responsible for providing a variety of day-to-day client communication related services.

  • Responsible to get in touch with new clients through email to know their quires and respond them accordingly.

  • Responsible for new leads scheduling including make calls to clients and brief them services and send email, etc.

  • Handle activities regarding existing clients request for meeting with accountants and schedule them accordingly.

  • Selected candidates will be required to assist our international clients on email and phone.


Qualification:



  • Master /MBA/BBA or relevant degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • All applicants must possess exceptional writing skills, fluency in spoken English, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidates with O/A' Level background or Graduates with business majors preferred.

  • Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior international call center experience.

  • Lahore based candidates will be preferred.

  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

  • Comprehensive and relevant training will be provided during the first 3 months.

  • Office Timings will be 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

  • Location: Gulberg, Lahore (onsite job)
