Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as Product Owner for several software services, managing the product roadmap and aligning execution with business goals.
• Lead analysis and gather requirements from clients for changes in software components like provisioning, onboarding, and billing.
• Translate gathered requirements into clear Epics and Stories using tools like Jira; manage items within a two-week agile sprint framework.
• Create process flows and technical documentation that convert business needs into understandable and implementable product features.
• Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery tracking for multiple project streams.
• Collaborate with senior product managers to align on product questions and delivery strategies.
• Participate in customer kick-off meetings, regular status calls, and requirement reviews.
• Manage and track variations between the agreed Statement of Work (SOW) and evolving client requests.
• Build sprints and epics based on SOWs and help define clear deliverables and client billing implications.
• Track project deliverables from requirements gathering to final delivery, including QA sign-off and post-implementation support.
• Communicate proactively on feature timelines, delivery risks, and delays to stakeholders and internal teams.
• Work with Engineering, Product, QA, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
• Participate in and contribute to QA sign-off, implementation, and resolution of post-deployment issues.

Job Requirements

• Ability to distill complex technical requirements into actionable product development plans.
• Skilled in Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and Jira/Confluence usage.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, SOW interpretation, and project planning.
• Familiar with creating epics, stories, and tracking deliverables in Jira.
• Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage expectations.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics.

Nice to Have Skills

• Familiarity with telecom systems and workflows (e.g., provisioning, onboarding, billing).
• Knowledge of Kafka, microservices architecture, and API-first development approaches.
• Hands-on experience using tools like Postman for validating API endpoints.
• Understanding of high-level system design and interpreting technical documentation.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in technical product management or software delivery roles.

• Background in Computer Science, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in B2B SaaS and telecom platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in distributed team environments.
