| Job Description: |
- Conduct individual and group meetings with students to understand their concerns, academic challenges, and overall experience.
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, and other campus resources to provide comprehensive support to students.
- Implement retention initiatives, such as workshops, mentoring programs, and academic support services, to enhance student success.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address systemic issues impacting student retention.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and other relevant departments to align CRM strategies with broader organizational goals.
- Visit and Train campuse team members on CRM system usage.
