| Job Description: |
Handle purchases that are not stocked in the main store or warehouse. Buy items needed once or for special projects (e.g., office furniture, repair services, custom tools). Get quotes from vendors and choose the best option. Work with different departments to understand what they need. Make sure all paperwork, approvals, and purchase orders are completed. Track orders to make sure they arrive on time and in good condition. Keep records of purchases for audits and future reference. Follow company rules and procurement policies. |
