We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Trainee Officer (Finance) to join our finance team. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who aspire to build a career in finance while gaining international exposure. As an MTO, you will undergo a structured training program focused on UK financial practices, client management, and core finance operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with UK clients and develop a solid foundation in international finance.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Participate in a structured training and rotation program across finance functions.


• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations as per UK accounting standards.


•  Support monthly and annual closing activities for UK-based clients.


• Conduct variance analysis, budgeting assistance, and financial forecasting.


• Maintain accurate financial records and client documentation in compliance with internal controls and UK regulations.


• Assist with client communication and respond to financial queries in a professional manner.
