| Job Description: |
We’re hiring a sharp, motivated Sales & Onboarding Executive to help us grow 7 Seas Marketing — a digital agency serving exporters, manufacturers, and international B2B businesses.
You’ll be responsible for closing leads, handling inbound inquiries, and professionally onboarding new clients by understanding their goals and communicating our services clearly.
Your Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads via email, WhatsApp, and Zoom.
- Present our services confidently to B2B clients (exporters, factories, brands).
- Assist clients in signing contracts, making payments, and starting their marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with our internal team (designers, ad managers) for a smooth handoff.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up for feedback and upsells.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong written & spoken English communication skills.
- Great at building relationships, following up, and closing deals.
- Confident with tools like Zoom, Google Drive, and WhatsApp Business.
- Experience with exporters, factories, or agencies is a big plus.
